These stones fit a very specific holder, the CH1 hand held holder<\/a>.<\/p>\n You could use alone but the stones may break with pressure, a holder prevents this and makes them a lot easier to use.<\/p>\n Not all sides of the stone are abrasive, just the dressed face. By this we mean that the stone needs to be filed to reveal the abrasive fibres which run down the stone.<\/p>\n We have had a lot of interest in very fine polishing grade stones and can now offer them with a suitable holder. If you like our superstones<\/a>, these stones are exactly the same just a slightly different size and grit. It’s unusual to get a tool so fine in such as small size.
