Shipping charges are calculated by weight.\u00a0For orders placed before 3pm GMT we aim to send the same day, orders placed after this time will be sent next working day. Orders placed over the weekend (including bank holidays) will be sent on the next working day.<\/p>\n
On occasion an\u00a0item may be out of stock<\/strong>\u00a0or may need to be made by our factory. If this is the case we will make sure it is dispatched as soon as possible. We will\u00a0endeavor\u00a0to make contact as soon as possible on receipt of the order if there will be a delay. Please appreciate we have a very large range of products listed on our website and some items may not be in stock.<\/p>\nFor packages under 2kg we use Royal Mail ‘Signed-For’ service. Ordinarily items will arrive within 1-3 days, this is not a guaranteed service so please do get in contact with us if your item has not arrived within a reasonable time frame.\u00a0For items exceeding 2kg we send by courier, we use PDP Local who aim to deliver next working day. If however after a week the item has not arrived, please make contact with us and we will track the consignment. Both services require a signature for the packages so make sure someone will be at the delivery address.<\/p>\n
VAT is charged on all postage to the UK.<\/p>\n
EU and International Shipping<\/h2>\n
Small International items are sent by Royal Mail International Signed-For. These items are tracked until they leave the UK and will only be delivered on reaching its destination if a signature is obtained. International signer-for aims to deliver between 3-5 working days in Europe and worldwide between 5 and 7 working days. We use Interlink for heavier parcels which aims to arrive in a similar time frame. Prices vary depending on weight and start at \u00a311.50 for up to 2kg to the EU.<\/p>\n
\n- If an item is undelivered we reserve the right to wait 15 days, this is the length of time Royal Mail allows before a lost item form can be filed.<\/li>\n
- Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to local customs charges or duties. Duty, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please make sure to check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before buying.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
